I'm sorry I haven't been blogging. I would've loved to, but I couldn't find the time, and energy to do so. I know it seems quite childish, seeing that blogging doesn't exactly require a lot of energy but it does require a lot of time and I've got tons of projects on my hands. Or Rather, i should stop making excuses for myself when I know that's really not the case. I just haven't been wanting to blog because of the whole, ElizabethTeh is going to New Zealand issue ): I know it's entirely childish on my part to not want her to go and to actually have thought of kidnapping her the night before just to stop her from leaving. Finished watching Triumph in the sky alrdy. I ilke the ending, except the fact that yunzhi died. I want to be either an airstewardess, or a pilot or someone that works in the airport when i grow up cause I love the airport ;D but then again, I want to be a psychologist too. The airport is like a stage. I like observing people and it's lovely when you see family members hugging and greeting each other even if it was a mere week away from each other! The airport's one of my favourite places, :D So's home, church, and the beach :D I like quiet places, i realised. I don't like partying or clubbing, waste of moolah and time, really. Quiet places help me sort out my thoughts. I like ak's trng room three, so many things happened thr which was just a wonderful experience in itself :D And i like ak :] People there genuinely care about each other. Different people with different backgrounds, religions and races come together as a team, as friends, as a Family to support each other, give hugs when needed, giving encouragement, and so much care and concern. Oh and definitely, to work together to get towards our common goal :] We coaches know it, outsiders don't have to kaypoh la hoh. Anw, school started today. Sec2 again! I think 2007 is gonna be a good, if not great year. 2006 has been a year of pride, setbacks, disappointments, wrong decisions, and anger. I don't really remember what i felt in the beginning of 2006. I really want to do well in my studies, but i geuss I can't study alone, which is really bad. I don't know what 2007 will bring, but I'm rather excited. Praying yesterday, while the rest of them were so wasted Friends, stop drinking, you're killing yourselves. And somehow, in the midst of praying, I felt God telilng me to just trust Him? Quite exciting really, the vision which I saw :D i can't wait for it to come to pass :] Talked to Godma just now, &what we talked about was really rather amusing and amazing :] 36 years difference, and still, we're so close (: I realised, I've got a great Foo and Phua family. Closer to the Phua side, no doubt. But then again, there's ally and shawn from the Foo side too :] Dominic, Deon, Isabel, Joel, Josiah, Shawn, Melanie, Ronald, Ally etc. I Think family plays a huge role in your life. mommy and Daddy have always been tehre for me and I haevnt been treasuring them well enough. I love family gatherings and I hate it when Deon's at bb or Dominic's working cause the family isn't complete. Godma once told me that family's the one that's gonna see you through thick and thin and i've come to realise that, though it might've taken me a lil too long. It's amazing, to know how much your cousins will do for you, even though i'm not close to some of them&i see the photos of Dominic, Deon, Isabel and I in the past, in Genting, Spore and weird random places, and i think, that i've got a wonderful childhood. Some childhood memories will scar me forever, and i won't forget them, but there are the happy ones, spent with the Foo and Phua family, Church friends, Childhood friends {nat, gwen, anja}, School friends :D I wish i had taken a film of all the friendships, how we went through thick and thin together, and how we stoodby each other. It'll be great memories :] I think Dom, Deon, Isa and I have gone through some tough times together and are quite close now, aye :] Oh wait, i'm digressing. Oh well, BYEBYE :D off to the next post!

How true, no? This post can't be a long one cause i'm off to get Sectwo books cause the whole syllabus has changed and i'm off to the metro sale after. Somehow, shopping doesn't really get to me the way it used to. Maybe there's just more things to life, or maybe, it's hard to comprehend what God's doing in my life, in our lives. I need to go soon cause I'm leaving the house in half an hours time, and I haven't showered, eaten, changed or done anything useful which is quite bad, really. I know it probably would've scared you to death! 2006 has gone past in a flash, and 2007's here soon. Seeing Pj, Joachim & Jeanette up on stage today, speaking of expectations and goals for us in 2007, it made me afraid. And excited. Afraid, cause I don't know if I could live up to their expectations, don't know if i can be the person they want me to be. Excited, just because. It's hard to put into words what I feel about 2006, cause really. Words can't be enough. The Family, Friends, Trips, Outings, Mission Trip with wonderful people and experiences [:, The better understanding of people, How being retained has made me stronger and all. It's just quite amazing, when you see how everyone's there for you, by your side, just cheering you on, even if you're fighting a losing battle. Even though I know my friends are there and all, sometimes, alone in the mrt, with the music turned on up so loud, you seem, alone. I remember the one time, I just broke down in the mrt. Just kept praying and praying and didn't bother about what others thought? Mm, I don't know what came over me that day, and Maybe it made me stronger in my faith. I'd like to think that I'm this Christian who's perfect and all, but I'm not. Isn't it setbacks, disappointments, that make you grow deeper in your faith, and make you put your faith in God more? I've got to admit, that I was really disappointed in the number of salvations during strings. God told me, to pray for 50. Being the rebellious kid, I aimed for more, 100. Sure, I was disappointed, but lesson learnt, trust God :] I've been seen as an emokid this year, something I don't aspire to be, or want to be. Cos I don't want to let my friends&family down, I don't want to let God down, I don't want to let myself down. It's amazing how setbacks make you stronger. And how, through setbacks, you fall back on God, on your friends. Sometimes it's hard to make sense of things, but prayer, it does work, really. I remember a sermon preached quite some time back, about how an example of a normal christian is Peter, and not some Tom, Dick or Harry. A normal Christian, is someone who respects God, who fears God, who loves God. Who isn't afraid to proclaim his love for God, who does his quiet time and who wants to grow in deeper understanding with the Lord. Not some Tom, Dick or Harry who wouldn't even care about salvation. I'm probably just sprouting nonsense now, but it helps. I don't know how many people actually come read my blog nowadays, but that's not important anymore. I know mommy reads it, i know my aunties read it. And i've gone past the stage where I'll get mad if adults read my blog, or comment on it for that matter. Alright, enough with this post, i'm off to the next two :] See you guys in 2007 :]
